Shipping Policy

Every order is carefully padded for its journey and sent with tracking. Here is what shipping costs and how long it usually takes.

What it costs

At $39.99 a dish, three dishes take you past $100 and ship free. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

These are typical times, not guarantees. Weather, peak seasons and customs checks can occasionally slow a parcel down.

Tracking

When your order leaves us, we email a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door. If the link has not updated after a few days, don't worry; it sometimes takes a little while for the first scan to appear.

Packing for ceramic

Each dish is wrapped and cushioned with care before it goes in the mailer. If anything still arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will make it right, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

Duties and taxes outside the US

International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by your country's customs office. These are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charge.

Address problems and missing parcels

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will try to fix it before dispatch. If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel, check with neighbours and your building's mail room, then contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
