Return & Refund Policy

If your dish is not quite right for you, you have a full 30 days to send it back. Change of mind is fine, and there is never a restocking fee.

Starting a return

1. Send us an email at info@clovehush.com with your order number and the design you are returning. A reason is helpful but not required.
2. We reply with the go-ahead and confirm the return address; our customer service email is available 24/7, so you won't wait long.
3. Wrap the dish well, ideally in its original packaging with plenty of padding, since ceramic is fragile in the post.
4. Ship it to our registered company address below and send us the tracking number.

Please do not send a parcel without emailing us first, so we can match it to your order and look out for it.

Condition

For a full refund, the dish should come back unused and undamaged, in the condition you received it. Gentle handling while you decided is fine, of course. If a returned dish arrives broken because of weak packaging, we will get in touch about the options before doing anything.

Your refund

As soon as your return has shipped and you have sent the tracking number, we process your refund to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit can take several business days to appear. Original shipping charges are refunded if the whole order is returned, and return postage is paid by you unless the dish was faulty or we sent the wrong design.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Ceramic can occasionally be knocked about in transit. If your dish arrives chipped, cracked or broken, has a glaze or print fault, or is not the design you ordered, email info@clovehush.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you, and in most cases you will not need to send the damaged piece back.

Exchanges

Want a different design? Return the first dish as above and place a new order for the one you prefer. That way your new favourite ships straight away.

Gifts

If the dish was a present, the recipient can return it too. Email us with the order number or the gift sender's name, and we will refund the original purchaser.
