Paying for your dish should feel as safe as it is simple. Here is how our checkout protects you.

Ways to pay

At checkout you can choose from the options shown for your country, which usually include:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
• Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
• PayPal, where offered

All prices are charged in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank handles the conversion and may add a small fee.

How your payment is protected

• Hosted by Shopify. Our checkout runs on Shopify's platform, which meets PCI DSS Level 1, the highest security standard in the card industry.
• Encrypted end to end. Every page on our site uses HTTPS, so your details travel scrambled between your device and the checkout.
• Card numbers stay with the processor. We never see or store your full card details.
• Fraud checks. Orders are screened automatically, and your bank may ask you to confirm a purchase with 3-D Secure.

When you are charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. If we ever need to cancel an order, we refund the full amount to the same payment method.

Spotted something odd?

If you see a charge you don't recognise, or receive an email that claims to be from us but looks suspicious, contact info@clovehush.com before clicking anything. We will never ask for your password or full card number by email.
